This campaign sets to rectify the misconception of the general public about the retail industry and to project a positive image of it, together with attracting workforce (in particular youngsters) to join the industry.

We adopted a two-pronged approach to address the objectives - i) Brand building exercise: to illustrate the diversity of the industry; ii) Prospects exercise: using testimonials in the industry to share their personal stories as proof of the prospects and opportunities offered by the industry.
