The Government has introduced the Public Transport Fare Subsidy Scheme in 2019 to relieve the fare burden of commuters who travel on local public transport services for daily commuting and whose public transport expenses are relatively high.

In order to raise the awareness of the initiative and to educate public on the mechanism of the scheme, a series of communication materials were developed. The Tank is also tasked to develop the icon of the scheme as well as the machine design for redemption and registration.
